2. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Each time our website is accessed, the following data is automatically stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- browser and operating system used
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website in a technically error-free and secure manner. The log files are automatically deleted after a short time unless longer storage is required for evidence purposes (e.g. in the event of attacks). The data is not merged with other data sources.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar of your browser.
4. Cookies, local storage and consent management (Cookiebot)
We use the following technically necessary storage functions without consent:
- anfrage_maschinen (cookie): stores the machines you have selected for a collective request until the end of the browser session.
- extern_maps, extern_youtube, extern_gebrauchtmarkt (local storage, only if you select “Always load …”): store your decision to load Google Maps, YouTube videos or the used equipment listing automatically in future.
The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or – for storing your decision to load external content – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can delete these entries at any time in your browser settings.
All other cookies and services (statistics and marketing) are only loaded with your consent. To obtain and manage your consent we use the Cookiebot service of Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark. Your declaration of consent or its withdrawal, an anonymised IP address, date and time, the page accessed, browser information and a random consent ID are transmitted to Cookiebot and stored there as proof; the cookie CookieConsent is set in your browser. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (proof of consent) in conjunction with Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG.
A complete, automatically updated list of all cookies and the option to change or withdraw your consent at any time can be found on our Cookies page.
5. Contact and request forms
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax or use one of our forms (e.g. rental request, collective request, purchase request, training request, machine relocation request, machine off-rent), we process the information you provide (e.g. name, company, contact details, place of use, period and content of the request) in order to handle your request. The form data is sent to us by e-mail; a copy is sent to the e-mail address you entered.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established when the page is accessed.
7. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads
With your consent (categories “Statistics” and “Marketing” in the cookie settings) we use services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland:
- Google Tag Manager: manages the integration of the following services on our website. The Tag Manager itself does not analyse usage data, but establishes a connection to Google when loaded, transmitting your IP address.
- Google Analytics: creates statistics on the use of our website (e.g. pages viewed, time spent, approximate origin, device used). The IP address is shortened before storage.
- Google Ads conversion tracking: measures whether visitors who reached our website via one of our Google ads submit a request or call us.
Cookies are set and usage data is transmitted to Google. It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, these services are not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future on our Cookies page.

8. Google Maps
On the “Contact” and “Area of delivery” pages we embed maps from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The map is only loaded when you click “Load map” (two-click solution). Before that, no data is transmitted to Google. Only with the click is a connection to Google servers established; in particular your IP address, the page accessed and technical browser data are transmitted to Google and cookies may be set. A transfer to servers of Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page or – if you selected “Always load Google Maps” – by deleting the website data in your browser.
9. YouTube videos
On some pages we embed videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
The videos are only loaded when you click “Load video” or a “product video” link, or have consented to the “Marketing” category in the cookie settings. Only then is a connection to YouTube or Google servers established; in particular your IP address, the page accessed and technical browser data are transmitted and cookies or similar storage may be used. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future (reload the page, delete website data or change the cookie settings).
10. Used equipment (Forklift International)
Our used equipment listing is embedded via the Forklift International platform of Motus Online Service GmbH, Kumpfmühler Str. 30, 93051 Regensburg, Germany. The content is only loaded when you click “Load used equipment”. Only then is a connection to the provider's servers established, transmitting in particular your IP address and technical browser data. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
11. Links to social networks and WhatsApp
Our website contains simple links to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) and YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) as well as a link to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). These are not plugins: no data is transmitted to these providers when you visit our website. Only when you click a link are you taken to the page or app of the respective provider, whose privacy policy then applies. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of your message to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
12. Applications
We process application documents that you send us, e.g. by e-mail, to carry out the application procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG). If no employment relationship is established, the documents are deleted no later than six months after the end of the procedure, unless legitimate interests (e.g. burden of proof under the AGG) prevent this.
13. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
